this appointment is for car seats purchased elsewhere* or for a re-installation of your car seat purchased from us.
why do we charge for re-installation? on the initial installation appointment we go through step by step how to install your car seat so that you know how to do it yourself. we offer remote support via our social channels and via text or email should you need a fit check throughout the life of your seat. for a full reinstallation we charge £30.
*we do not install some brands and some models of car seat. please contact us before booking if you have purchased a seat elsewhere and would like to know if we will install it for you
booking policy:
we strive to provide excellent service and ensure availability for all our clients. to help us manage our schedules effectively, we have implemented the following policy:

booking confirmation
all appointments are confirmed upon booking. we recommend arriving on time to make the most of your appointment and ensure we can fit everything in to one appointment time. -
cancellation notice
- we require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
- cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment time will be considered late cancellations. (see below)

late cancellations and no-shows
- for late cancellations or no-shows, 100% of the booking fee will be retained as a cancellation charge.
- this policy ensures fairness to our team and other clients who may wish to book an appointment.
